basic ingredients in your personal pantry (ex: flour; sugar, spices, olive oil etc.).
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 2 lb. London broil beef
- 4 lb. boneless pork shoulder roast
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cans no-salt diced tomatoes
- 3 cans low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cans broccoli cheese soup
- 1 box penne pasta
- 3 loaves un-sliced fresh Italian bread,
- sandwich buns
- tortilla chips
- sherry vinegar
- honey
- broccoli
- 1- 9 oz. box frozen artichokes
- green beans, fresh or frozen
- 1 red onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 green pepper
- Kalamata or black olives
- sesame oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
