Peppered pork chops

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp.white pepper
  • 2 tsp.ground red pepper
  • 2 tsp.black pepper
  • 6 pork chops
  • Picante sauce

How to prepare:

In a bowl, combine white pepper, red pepper, and black pepper. Rub the surfaces of each chop with about 1 tsp.of the pepper mixture, distributing evenly. Place chops on the rack of an unheated broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 20 to 35 minutes total, or until done, turning once. Serve with Picane sauce. and Mexcan rice. Also great on the grill. Enjoy!
