Note: This shopping list contains the main ingredients of the recipes featured on TheBAG.com for this week. For this shopping list we assume that you have some basic ingredients in your personal pantry (ex: flour; sugar, spices, olive oil etc.).
  • 48 oz. can of chicken broth
  • 1-10 oz. box of frozen chopped spinach
  • Garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Romano cheese
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 egg
  • Seasoned bread crumbs
  • Romano cheese
  • Olive oil nonstick cooking spray
  • Panko (Japanese-style bread crumbs)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • Fresh parsley leaves
  • Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken-breast cutlets
  • 1 cans (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • Whole wheat spaghetti or linguine
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Corn tortillas
  • Olive oil nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 green onions
  • 16 oz. fresh corn kernels
  • Mild salsa
  • Ground Chipotle Chile pepper

  • 4 (5 ounces each) beef eye round steaks, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 cans (14-ounce) fava bean (find in Ethnic aisle)
  • 1 medium yellow summer squash
  • 2 cans beef stock
  • 1 can diced plum tomatoes
  • 4 oz. Canadian bacon
  • Italian herb seasoning
  • red wine vinegar
