Note: This shopping list contains the main ingredients of the
recipes featured on TheBAG.com for this week. For this shopping list we assume that you have some
basic ingredients in your personal pantry (ex: flour; sugar, spices, olive oil etc.).
- 3 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- dry red wine, like red burgundy
- garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 sprigs each of fresh thyme and tarragon
- Whole cloves
- Black peppercorns
- Olive oil
- 1 lb.mushrooms
- 1 lb. frozen peeled pearl onions
- 2 T. unsalted butter, softened
- 4 pork loin chops, 1 inch thick (1-1/2 lbs.)
- Shallots
- Chicken broth
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 lb. penne rigati or fusilli
- 1 eggplant (about 1 lb.)
- 2 lbs. ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- Asian chili oil
- 2 10-ounce bags fresh spinach
- 2 oranges
- Lite soy sauce
- Honey
- Fresh ginger
- 1 lb. chicken tenders
- Lentils
- 5 plum tomatoes, diced
- Dried tarragon
- Paprika (hungarian if you've got it)
- Vegetable broth
