Red Beans and Rice

How to prepare:
Prepare rice. Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon on medium until browned. With slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels to drain. To bacon fat in skillet, add onion, celery, green pepper, garlic, Cajun seasoning, thyme and salt. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans, bacon and cayenne pepper sauce. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer to blend flavors. Serve with cole slaw and corn bread. Enjoy!
