basic ingredients in your personal pantry (ex: flour; sugar, spices, olive oil etc.).
- 1 medium eggplant (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
- 1 can (28 oz.) plum tomatoes
- tomato paste
- fresh basil
- 1 16-oz. pkg. ziti or penne pasta
- Parmesan cheese
- ricotta cheese
- balsamic vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- 2 red peppers
- 2 yellow peppers
- 1 large red onion
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- grape tomatoes
- 1 bunch arugala (about 4 oz.)
- 4 New York strip steaks
- 4 portobello mushroom caps
- 4 cups shiitake mushroom caps
- 1 large white onion
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 jalapeno peppers
- fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- 4 racks (1 lb. each) pork baby back ribs
