Dill Lentil Soup

Ingredients:
  • 7.5 cups water
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
  • 1.5 cup dry lentils
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 T. dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp. salt if desired

How to prepare:

In a soup pan, bring water to a boil. Add all the ingredients except the seasonings. Return to a boil and add seasonings. Simmer covered on low for 60 minutes. Enjoy!
