Note: This shopping list contains the main ingredients of the
recipes featured on TheBAG.com for this week. For this shopping list we assume that you have some
basic ingredients in your personal pantry (ex: flour; sugar, spices, olive oil etc.).
- 1 6-oz. tomato paste
- 2 15-oz. cans black beans
- 14.5 oz. can Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 14.5 oz. canned diced tomatoes
- 11 oz. can whole kernel corn
- 2 small green pepper
- 4 green onions
- chili powder
- cumin
- garlic
- 1 lb. beef bottom or top round steak, 1/2 inch thick
- barbecue sauce
- 1 2 1/2- to 3-lb. broiler-fryer chicken cut up (I use 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts)
- 1 16-oz. can of tomatoes, diced
- currants (optional)
- 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup extravirgin olive oil, plus more for rubbing
- 5 oz. bag fresh baby spinach or arugula
- 1 12-oz. jar roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- red-wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
- 1 lb. uncooked elbow macaroni
- butter
- gruyere or Gouda cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- mascarpone cheese
- 4 plum tomatoes
- sliced ham (optional)
- breadcrumbs
