Cheesy Chicken Marsala

How to prepare:
Soak chicken in egg overnight. Mix broth with wine. Mix and store covered in refrigerator overnight. Take chicken out of the egg, dip in seasoned bread crumbs and fry lightly. Place in 9x13 pan, sprinkle with garlic powder,rosemary, shredded cheese and mushrooms. Pour wine and chicken broth mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered and then 30 minutes uncovered. Serve with rice and asparagus. Enjoy!

- 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 5 eggs, well beaten

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup marsala wine
- garlic powder
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
