Italian meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 8-oz. jar pizza sauce
1 cup crackers, crushed
1/4 cup green pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 teaspon season salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to prepare:

Combine meat, eggs, 3/4 of the sauce, crackers, parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of the mozzarella, onion, green pepper, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Pat into a 8x8 pan.

Bake at 350 for 50 mins. Drain off fat. Spread on remaining pizza sauce.

Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle on remaining mozzarella cheese and bake 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with a tossed salad and a baked potato. Enjoy!
