Note: This shopping list contains the main ingredients of the
recipes featured on TheBAG.com for this week. For this shopping list we assume that you have some
basic ingredients in your personal pantry (ex: flour; sugar, spices, olive oil etc.).
- 1 whole chicken cut up, or 3 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can 6-oz. tomato paste
- red wine
- 2 or 3 sticks cinnamon

- 2 bulbs garlic
- Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 lb. orecchiette pasta
- 2 pints ripe cherry tomatoes (or about 3 cups ripe plum chopped tomatoes)

- 1 2-lb. pork tenderloin, butterflied
- 1 bag fresh baby spinach (about 4 to 5 cups)
- 2 8-oz. package mushrooms

- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
