Note: This shopping list contains the main ingredients of the
recipes featured on TheBAG.com for this week. For this shopping list we assume that you have some
basic ingredients in your personal pantry (ex: flour; sugar, spices, olive oil etc.).
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. boneless pork roast
- 3 cans cannelli beans
- 4 cans chicken broth
- 1 can vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- red pepper sauce
- Dijon mustard
- quick cooking tapioca
- apple juice
- basmati rice
- 1 pound rigatoni
- tater tots
- half and half
- Ritz crackers
- romano or parmesan cheese
- basmati rice
- applesauce
- Jiffy cornbread mix
- Dried apples (Trader Joe's is a great place to buy dried fruit for a good price)
- Green onions
- Shallots
- 2 red peppers
- 1/2 pound shitake or white mushrooms
- fresh flat leaf parsley
- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- fresh spinach
- 1 large lemon
- cardamon (Whole Foods has bulk spices. Buy as little or as much as you want.)
