Joey's Favorite Chicken Nuggets With Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Heat oven to 375. Lightly coat cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Place crackers in food processor; pulse to fine crumbs. Transfer to bowl.
Whisk egg, water and oil in another bowl. Add chicken, turning to coat. Roll in crumbs and transfer to prepared cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Prepare honey mustard: Combine honey, mustard and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise in bowl. Serve with tater tots and applesauce. Enjoy!
