Marinated New York Strip Steaks

How to prepare:
Let the steak marinate in the beer for at least an hour in the refrigerator. Mix the dry ingredients together well. After marinating, sprinkle and rub in the dry mix over the steak. Let the steak sit in the refrigerator another 30 minutes.
Put a pat of butter on the grill. When it's very hot, add the steak. Cook to desired doneness. Serve with a baked potato and broccoli. Enjoy!
Grilling tip: When grilling steaks, let them come to room temperature first before grilling.

- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon each - black pepper and MSG
