basic ingredients in your personal pantry (ex: flour; sugar, spices, olive oil etc.).
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 pounds New York Strip steaks (or cut of your choice)
- 2 pounds pork loin roast
- 1 pound bag lentils
- ricotta cheese
- romano cheese
- penne pasta
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- marsala wine
- 1 beer
- 12 oz. box penne pasta
- apple juice (to save money, buy frozen concentrate)
- 1 jar capers
- fresh parsley and rosemary
- MSG
- rice
- mushrooms
- broccoli
- green beans
- potatoes
