Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkg. dry onion mix
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 3/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind or 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce



How to prepare:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pack into large loaf pan. Spread additional 1/2 cup tomato sauce on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with a baked potato and vegetable.  Enjoy!
