  • 2 1/2 lb. sirloin tip or chuck eye roast
  • 2 1 1/2-lb. turkey tenderloins
  • 3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 lb. fettuccine pasta
  • cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • flour tortillas
  • 2 lbs. red potatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • fresh spinach
  • 8 oz. button mushrooms
  • broccoli florets
  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

  • 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth
